Luca's classes:

In both workshops rhythm will be developped so as to understand more clearly many musical elements. We`ll work with some exercices in order to have a better comprehension of how to play with different rhytmical figures , and how to understand and enjoy the pause . (All Levels)


Hagen’s classes:

  • The "Full connection" class focuses on connection with the floor and our ischial (or sitting) bones. (All Levels)
  • In the second class we’ll work on a playful combination of Colgadas, Linear Voleos and Soltadas (literally meaning "letting go", when you completely release the embrace to create new possibilities) and the techniques behind these movements (Intermedium-Advanced)


Carlos and Olga’s class:

  • Soltadas: How to brake the embrace and continue being connected in our dance. Technique and different combinations (Intermedium-Advanced)


Maia’s class:

  • In this session we’ll work on each part of the body, aiming for greater openness, suppleness and body awareness, so as to create a more organic and fluid dance(All Levels)
